What this website collects
This site does not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — such as IP address, pages requested and time — for security and reliability.
The live-help widget
Pages on this site load a live-help widget provided by Gracer (gracer.io). When the widget is on screen and you use it, what you type — including a name, email address or phone number if you choose to enter one — is sent to Gracer’s servers and delivered to us. The widget also sets a cookie and keeps a few preference flags in your browser’s storage, so that it can recognise a conversation in progress and remember whether you dismissed a prompt. If it offers voice, your browser asks for your permission before it uses a microphone. Gracer handles this information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Booking a consultation
When you choose a time, you move to a booking page run by Calendly, which collects the information you enter there and handles it under its own privacy policy. The consultation itself is held by video call.
Email, phone and messages
If you email, call or message us, we receive what you send and use it to reply.
Please do not send sensitive numbers
Do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers or tax documents through this website, the chat widget, by email, by text or by WhatsApp.
How information is used
We use the information you give us to reply to you, to schedule and hold consultations, and — if you become a client — to provide the services you engage us for. We do not sell personal information collected through this website.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the address above.
